House Construction

Can anyone recommend a contractor for building a house in the project? I had a contact a while back but lost his number. What are the construction costs these days per sq/m, sq/ft? Hope someone can help. Still dreaming of my house, tired of looking at an empty (but beautiful) lot......

Thanks a lot everyone, I'll be in touch when I have some ideas. I'm also considering selling the lot if anyone is or knows someone who might be interested. It is on Calle Florencia so very nice cul de sac with good neighbours, size is 1757 sq/m with a good flat area.
